Terms & Reservation Policy
In order for the reservation to be completed, 30% of the total amount should be prepaid. The transfer can be made through bank transfer. The total amount should be paid upon arrival.
Minimum number of nights during peak period July/August is 7 nights.
Check In time – 15:00 – Check Out time – 10:00
The hotel can cancel non confirmed reservations if the payment data are not valid for the prepayment. Parking is free of charge outside of the property. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Parties and events are not allowed in the property. Baby basket provided upon prior request.
Please keep a copy of your reservation and bank transfer and show it on your arrival. By reserving a room you declare that you read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this hotel.
If the customer cancels the booking 22 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded (although you will have to cover any additional costs).
If the visitor cancels within 21 days, the deposit will not be refunded and the visitor will have to pay the 50% of the total.
When the visitor does come but has to leave earlier for some reason, 50% of the remaining stays have to be paid.
The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival at the property.
In the event that the customer decides to leave before scheduled departure date, he is requested to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days scheduled in accordance with provisions in the law of Article 8 N1652/86/ GG 167 A.
Visitors must not transfer belongings of the hotel outside of it.
A refundable deposit of EUR 250 is required upon check-in for any damages.
In case of objects loss or damage, the guests must pay the value of the lost object. This value is defined by the hotels management.
For any loss or damage in the area of the hotel caused by the guests, the guests are in charge (glass, bed sheets, towels, furniture, toilet, electrical apliances damage).
The hotel has no obligation or any responsibility of any lost or damage of the gusts objects that is not controlled by the hotel. Such as fire, flood, etc.
There is an early booking discount of 10% in the total value for reservations (Early Booking) before 31st of March. This discount is not applicable for the high period (16/7-31/8).
The charge and payment of the reservation and services is done in Euro currency.
The guests provide an ID card or an international passport upon check-in so that their identities can be established. Guests who do not present an identity document cannot be accommodated in the villa;
The property collects data that are provided by the guests of the villa in the process of their registration and accommodation;
The categories of personal data that are collected are only personal data without sensitive information about customers, according to the definitions described in Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The property does not offer and does not provide access to the data of its guests to third parties, such as: individuals, companies, foreign organizations and others and applies the highest measures to protect the personal data provided by its guests
The property only provides access to personal data only for the cases provided by law:
Information requested by officials and / or public authorities who are empowered under current law to request such information.
In cases of protection of national security or defense of the country.
And in other, but only cases provided by law.
Some of the data is provided to the following organizations:
Municipality - each hotelier is obliged to send a monthly report to the municipality in which he is located with the names of the accommodated tourists.
Police - the names of the guests, in case of accommodated foreigners.
National Statistical Agency for statistical purposes.
The personal data of the guests are stored for a period of 5 years;
The data provided by hotel guests is not used for automatic decision making.
